Shipping Policy

Our goal at TruHrt Bling N ThingZ is to always make sure your order are shipped with care and in a timely fashion.

  • Retail Orders will be shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of when the order is received. You will receive a tracking number via email .

  • Custom Orders will be shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days after final project completion.   

  • Shipping rates are based on weight of your purchase and your order location.  Shipping rates and details are shown before the final checkout stage. Free shipping is applied to all orders over $150 pretax.  

Return & Exchange Policy

All custom items are FINAL purchases.  No Return, No Exchange. TruHrt Bling N ThingZ will issue a refund and or exchange credit on Retail Merchandise if the item is defective. Please contact us immediately via email at infotruhrtbling.n.thingz.com. Please do not attempt to return merchandise without an approved confirmation.  All non approved merchandise will be refused. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
